On the 950th anniversary Battle of Manzikert and Sultan Alparslan

History Research Society organised a conference on the 950th anniversary of the Battle of Manzikert. The event was moderated by Asst. Prof. Fatih Sarıkaya. His invitee was Prof. Dr. Tülay Metin from Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University. Metin gave important informations on both the war itself and also on the Sultan Alparslan.
