History Research Society organised a conference called "Dreams and Realities in Transition From University to Work Life". The event was moderated by Assoc. Prof. Bekir Gökpınar. The invitee was Bahattin Aydın from Yıldız Holding, the Deputy of General Manager in department of Human Resources. Aydın began his speech with the conditions of work life after the pandemic. He compared working from and working in office and added that with the pandemic ten years worth of technologic development has been made in only year.
