2020-2021 Academic Year Fall Semester Double Major and Minor Program Application Announcement

In accordance with the provisions of Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University Double Major Program Directive and Minor Program Directive, the conditions and required documents for the students who will be accepted to the 2020-2021 Academic Year Fall Semester Double Major and Minor programs are stated below.

 

DOUBLE MAJOR PROGRAM APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. The student can apply to the announced double major program at the earliest at the beginning of the third semester of the major program and at the beginning of the fifth semester of the major program at the earliest at the beginning of the second semester and at the beginning of the third semester at the latest.
2. At the time of application, students who have a GPA of at least 2.80 out of 4.00 in the major diploma program and who are in the top 20% of the relevant class of the major diploma program can apply to the double major program.
3. In order to apply for a double major diploma program, the student must have successfully completed all the courses taken in the major program until the semester they applied and have not received any disciplinary action.
4. A student cannot enroll in more than one double major program at the same time. However, they can enroll in a double major and a minor program at the same time.
5. In case the applications exceed the quota, the ranking is made according to the students' major grade point average. In case of equality in the grade point average, the ÖSYM score of the year the student was placed is checked.
6. Undergraduate students can apply to undergraduate departments and associate degree students to associate degree departments in all programs included in the quota list of double majors.

 

MINOR PROGRAM APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. The student can apply for the announced minor program at the beginning of the third semester of the major program and at the beginning of the sixth semester at the latest.
2. In order for students to apply for a minor program, their GPA at the time of application must be at least 2.80 in the 4-point system.
3. Students who have successfully completed all the credit courses taken in their major program until the semester they applied can apply for the minor program.
4. A student can enroll in at most one minor program at the same time during his undergraduate study. However, it is possible to enroll in a double major and a minor program at the same time.

1. Transcript (certified transcript).
2. Application form

 

Applications will be taken online.

Students studying in the evening education program will be able to apply.
